We invite you to a relaxing session of basic yogic breathing exercises. Our goal is to help you have some time for yourself where you only focus on your personal well being.

We hope that after the session, you will incorporate this into your daily life, and at least give yourself 12 minutes of your day. The 12 minutes that only belong to you!
